You may have noticed that there have been some significant upgrades at the club over the last few months. In case you’re wondering here are few highlights of the new changes that we are doing…

New cardio equipment.

New Life Fitness Engage Series upright bikes and cross trainers. These machines are state of the art and offer inbuilt fitness programs and TV screens which will eventually offer you the opportunity to watch television while you work-out. Plus we have some of the latest Stair Master HIIT bikes arriving soon.

Expansion of Main Gym.

In October Squash Court 3 was closed and we began to prepare for a mezzanine to be installed. Eventually the wall that separates the gym and the squash court viewing area will be removed. The extra space will provide an additional 100m2 of floor space for more free weights, power racks, machines and functional training space inc a new 12m sledge track.

New Strength equipment.

More space, more equipment… We’ll have 3 power lifting racks plus the squat and smith racks, new bars and rubber bumper plates, Watson multi adjustable chest press, Hammer Strength Pec Dec / Rear Fly, more adjustable benches, boxing bags and much more.

Expansion and refurb of Studio 2.

The extra space shall provide greater opportunity for members to be able to participate in the classes held within Studio 2. Plus a complete new lighting and audio system that will improve this already great space.

Club App coming soon.

A new club management software system. The new software will make it easier to access the club, provide an online booking system for classes and squash, and it will also offer members a Personal Training / Nutrition App, great for following your work-outs in the gym. The App actually shows you how to do the exercise using videos, if you are like many members, its helpful to have a reminder about technique when doing some of the exercises. We are confident you will love it!
