Do you avoid pull ups?? Try not to think about pulling yourself up but instead, imagine and believe your pulling your elbows down towards your side, this will make the exercise seem easier trust me… #mindoverbodycontroll

For beginners try to use a resistance band or the assisted pull up machine to help reduce your body weight and increase your strength slowly over time.

Great news, the Government has said gyms can reopen from the 2nd December so we’re back!!

Hours of operation are:

5am – 10pm weekdays

7am – 6:30pm weekends.

We are closing one hour earlier each day to allow a deep clean of equipment and touch points.
