Join us this bank holiday Monday (25th August 2014) as we power you through the morning with a spin class taken by Aaron followed by Body Combat with Laura.

10:00 – 11:00am – Body Combat with Laura

WHAT IS BODYCOMBA? It’s a fun, empowering cardiac workout where you will undergo a cracking workout, whilst relieving stress and raising your heart rate. This energetic class, is strongly influenced by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
