Direct Debit – Update

Thank you for your kind words of support in this uncertain time and apologies for the delay getting back to you all as you can imagine we have been inundated with membership requests.
I would just like to confirm that last week we had taken the tough decision to freeze all memberships with immediate effect as we agreed this was the fairest and quickest option we had available.
If you have had a recent payment taken from you account then we do apologise as some collects had already been requested by Harlands before the freeze was actioned. If this is the case then we will honour a full refund or free month once the club has reopened.
If you have already cancelled your direct debit then there is little we can do at this time to reinstate the direct debit, but don’t worry when all is back to normal and we reopen you be more than welcome to come back and rejoin 🙂
