In your first session the personal trainer will do an assessment of you, to gain a better understanding of your ability and learn what your fitness goals and requirements are. You will then receive a personalised programme which your personal trainer will demonstrate and work you through, so that you are completely confident in all the exercises and movements. It’s also the perfect time to ask any questions you might have or advice you may need. Your personal trainer will constantly assess and review your progress until you reach your goals. When you reach your goals you may cease working with a personal trainer or you may have personal training sessions as a permanent feature in your fitness routine.
