Do you avoid pull ups?? Try not to think about pulling yourself up but instead, imagine and believe your pulling your elbows down towards your side, this will make the exercise seem easier trust me… #mindoverbodycontroll

For beginners try to use a resistance band or the assisted pull up machine to help reduce your body weight and increase your strength slowly over time.

We’re Open weekdays from 5am til 10pm and weekends from 7am til 6:30pm

Monday 31st August the club’s opening hours will be from 7am till 6:30pm.

6:45pm Hatha Yoga with Tina has been cancelled, all other classes are on as usual.
